Creative Carpets – weaving the threads of imagination
Consultation and contact
This is a craft of the highest quality. For this I use a single-needle machine, the 'tufting gun', with which I work threads of 100% natural wool into a base fabric.
This technique allows the rug to be made from either large loops (loop pile) or sheared threads (cut pile).
The design is always inspired by the drawings and pictures I receive from you and your child. I then make new designs and patterns which are finalised in consultation with you.

I am Irina Wöhl, urban planner, interior designer and designer.
I am passionate about experimenting with high quality materials and craft techniques to bring my ideas to life.
My products and ideas are not mass-produced goods, but projects from the heart.
I therefore offer total flexibility in terms of shape, colour, design and texture and am happy to assist with any questions you may have about Creative Carpets.

Just like your child's artwork, Creative Carpets are unique. I will therefore offer you individual advice and production, tailored to your wishes.
Colours, shapes, sizes and texture can all be customised.
You can also send me pictures of the child's room so I can make suggestions for the overall design of the space.
